Loyalty Programme Terms
1. Scope
1.1 These Terms govern participation in the Bunaroba Loyalty Programme between Bunaroba GmbH, Zugerstrasse 6, CH-6330 Cham, Switzerland (hereinafter «Bunaroba») and participating end customers (hereinafter «Participant»).
1.2 The Bunaroba Loyalty Programme is a free tier-based discount system. Based on their purchase volume in the Bunaroba online shop (shop.bunaroba.ch), Participants automatically receive a status with a corresponding discount.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Eligible for participation are exclusively adult natural persons (18 years or older) who purchase as private end customers in the Bunaroba online shop.
2.2 Excluded from the Loyalty Programme are:
Business customers (B2B), distributors and resellers
Participants of the Bunaroba Partner Programme (Retail Partner, Active Lifestyle Partner, Ambassador)
Employees of Bunaroba GmbH
3. Participation and Enrolment
3.1 Participation in the Loyalty Programme is automatic upon creation of a customer account in the Bunaroba online shop. The customer account is created in the course of placing an order. Separate enrolment into the Loyalty Programme is not required.
3.2 Participation is free of charge. There are no participation fees, no minimum order values for participation itself, and no mandatory purchases.
4. Status and Discount
4.1 The Participant's status is automatically calculated based on the cumulative purchase volume over the last 6 months (rolling 180-day window, not calendar-based).
4.2 An order counts towards the status calculation only from the time of package dispatch. Orders not yet shipped, cancelled or returned are not taken into account.
4.3 The current status tiers, the applicable thresholds and the associated discount rates are published on the Loyalty Programme page. Bunaroba reserves the right to adjust tiers, thresholds and discount rates at any time (see §6).
4.4 The discount is applied automatically at checkout of the online shop. Retroactive crediting of already placed orders is excluded.
4.5 The discount cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotions or vouchers unless expressly communicated otherwise.
4.6 The achieved status and the associated benefits are personal and cannot be transferred to third parties. They cannot be converted into cash, vouchers or other services.
5. Exclusion of Individual Participants
5.1 Bunaroba reserves the right to exclude individual Participants from the Loyalty Programme at any time and without prior notice, in particular in the event of:
Abuse of the Loyalty Programme (e.g. multiple accounts, systematic cancellations, return abuse)
Breach of the Terms and Conditions for Private Customers
Conduct damaging to the reputation of Bunaroba
Suspicion of fraudulent or unlawful conduct
Payment defaults or systematic non-payment of invoices
5.2 The exclusion takes place without any obligation on Bunaroba to provide reasons.
5.3 Claims of the excluded Participant for compensation, damages, recourse or continuation of already achieved status benefits are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
6. Changes and Termination of the Programme
6.1 Bunaroba reserves the right to amend these Terms as well as all conditions of the Loyalty Programme (in particular status tiers, thresholds, discount rates, calculation period, combinability) at any time and without observing any notice period, in each case within the legal framework of Swiss law.
6.2 Bunaroba further reserves the right to terminate the Loyalty Programme in its entirety at any time and without observing any notice period, in each case within the legal framework of Swiss law.
6.3 There is no entitlement to the continued existence of the Loyalty Programme nor to the retention of specific conditions or achieved status benefits. Claims for compensation or damages arising from amendment or termination of the programme are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
6.4 Discounts already applied at checkout remain unaffected by amendments and termination.
7. Data Protection
The processing of personal data in connection with the Loyalty Programme is carried out in accordance with the Bunaroba Privacy Policy. In particular, customer ID, email address and order history are processed for the purposes of status calculation and discount application.
8. Liability
Bunaroba is liable to the Participant only for direct damages attributable to gross negligence or wilful intent. Any liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, lost discounts or lost status benefits is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively, to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and the rules on conflict of laws. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms is Zug, Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer jurisdictions.
10. Severability
Should any provision of these Terms be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision which comes closest to the economic purpose of the original provision.

In the event of translations into other languages, only the German version shall be authoritative
and binding in the event of discrepancies or ambiguities.
