The guarantee applies to private customers only. Bunaroba partners (retail partners, active lifestyle partners, ambassadors) are excluded.
Purchases from retail partners (Globus, drugstores, pharmacies etc.) are subject to the respective retailer's conditions.
For bundles and sets, the entire bundle counts as one product.
For multiple units of the same product within one order, the guarantee covers one unit. Additional units may be returned unopened in their original packaging.

Refund
