We ship all orders via Swiss Post (PostPac Priority) throughout Switzerland and to Liechtenstein.
Free shipping from CHF 50
Shipping is free on orders of CHF 50 or more.
Orders under CHF 50 are subject to a small-order surcharge of CHF 9.
Order today, delivered tomorrow
Orders placed before 5:00 PM on business days are usually dispatched the same day. Around 95% of all packages are delivered the next business day.
No customs charges
As a Swiss company based in the Canton of Zug, we ship directly from Switzerland. No customs charges apply within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Delivery options
Delivery to parcel stations, pick-up points and PickPost locations is possible in line with the options offered by Swiss Post.
Delivery address
The delivery address can be changed during checkout up to the point the order is submitted. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, the costs actually incurred for the return, restocking and a renewed shipment are borne by the customer. Details in clause 9 of the Terms and Conditions (B2C).
