Our cacao powder comes from smallholder cooperatives in the Dominican Republic and is processed and packaged in Switzerland. Decades of partnerships ensure traceability to the individual farmer. Unlike most cacao powders on the market, ours is not alkalised. No treatment with potassium carbonate means: more nutrients and more authentic cacao flavour.
