No, wheatgrass is gluten-free. Gluten only forms in the wheat grain, not in the young grass. Our wheatgrass is harvested before grain formation.
How do I use wheatgrass?
Stir 5g (approx. 3 tsp) into juice, smoothie or as a green drink with 250ml water.
What is the difference to barley grass?
Both are young grasses with similar nutrient profiles. Wheatgrass has slightly more fibre, barley grass has a milder taste. Ideal as a combination in the Vital Greens Bundle.
