• Product still unopened? Send it back in its original packaging and you will receive a full refund. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
• Product already opened? No problem. You don't need to send anything back. Simply email us at and we'll take care of it.

• The guarantee applies per product (first order). Up to three different products per person.
• The guarantee applies to private customers only. Bunaroba partners (retail partners, active lifestyle partners, ambassadors) are excluded.
• Purchases from retail partners (Globus, drugstores, pharmacies etc.) are subject to the respective retailer's conditions.

Refund

The refund is issued within 14 days of approval to the original payment method.

Abuse Clause

Abuse includes in particular: false statements in the refund request, systematic use of the guarantee across multiple orders or accounts, and any other action aimed at abusing the guarantee.

In cases of confirmed abuse, Bunaroba reserves the right to take the following measures: permanent denial of the guarantee, exclusion from the online shop, and in cases of proven fraud, the pursuit of damages.
