Price adjustments are reserved and may occur in particular due to rising costs, changes in product composition or legal requirements. Customers will be notified in good time before the next billing period and may cancel the subscription at any time if they do not accept the adjustment.

6. Pre-orders

A pre-order is for a product that is currently out of stock but will be available shortly. Bunaroba may collect no payment or partial payment at checkout, store the payment method and execute the full or remaining payment upon availability. The customer may cancel an unfulfilled pre-order. Once fulfilled, the regular withdrawal and return conditions apply.

7. Payment

For credit card payments, the order amount is charged on the day of receipt of the order. For bank transfers, the customer receives bank details with the order confirmation; payment must be made within 10 working days.
